Yoga ClassesWho are classes for?
Classes are suited to beginners and experienced students alike, and everyone is welcome.
What to bring?
Water, a thin foam mat (a camping mat is fine), a towel to cover your mat and clothing that you're able to stretch/move freely in. Warm clothing is also suggested for during relaxation.
If you experience any joint discomfort, a pillow is strongly advised to support your knees or back in some poses.
Class Timetable
Lee holds two regular Yoga classes a week. Classes go for 90-minutes.
